Work package 4
The International Business School Maastricht (Zuyd UAS) and Kozminski University coordinate this work package. All partners contribute to achieve the results.
Objectives
The objectives of this work package are to
- develop an exemplary continuing professional development (CDP) training for lecturers, which offers the practical tools to revise their curricula and embed internationalisation, ERS and social entrepreneurship in the core of the curriculum in dialogue with business and students.
- train academic staff members of the partner institutions and to deliver the CPD programme at their own institution.
Within this work package we address the lack of practical knowledge of lecturers to embed the mentioned dimensions in their curricula. Enhancing this capability of lecturers will benefit all students and further enhance their awareness of the importance of these topics and help them to apply these in their future professional practice.
