Work package 2

Kedge Business School and the TH Köln coordinate this work package. All partners contribute to achieve the results.

Objectives

The objectives of this work package are to

  • co-create a set of 5 future graduate profiles for the core business disciplines, in close consultation with local international businesses and students.
  • develop a model, which clarifies the connections between internationalisation, ERS and social entrepreneurship, and with the core business disciplines.
  • develop guidelines on how to apply the model as a tool to articulate intended learning outcomes (ILOs) for each of the relevant business disciplines. The guidelines ensure an integrated approach to internationalisation, ERS and social entrepreneurship

 

Within this work package we address the need of the partners to enhance their capability for systematic alignment of their curricula with the needs of students and companies for sustainable business models and the new graduate skills.
