Work package 4
The International Business School Maastricht (Zuyd UAS) and Kozminski University coordinate this work package. All partners contributed to achieve the results.
Key results include a continuing professional development (CPD) program for educators engaged in the innovation of business education. This program is supported by a comprehensive manual and slide deck. It aims to engage educators in reflection and dialogue about systematically embedding the IBE-ReGloMi graduate attributes within degree programs, curricula, and individual courses or modules.

Key Results
The key results of this work package are
- an exemplary continuing professional development (CDP) training for lecturers, including 6 modules and a pre- and post-survey, which offers the practical tools to innovate their curricula and embed internationalisation, ERS and social entrepreneurship in the core of the curriculum in dialogue with business and students.
- 27 trained academic staff members of the partner institutions and who delivered the CPD program at their own institution (Train-the-Trainer).
- over a 100 trained academic staff at the partner institutions who attended the in-house training.
- The pre-and post survey finding indicate that the IBE-ReGloMi CPD program as a scalabel model for re-imagining academic development as a catalyst for embedding future oriented graduate attributes and cultivating responsible global minds in higher education.
