Vision and mission
The Erasmus+ project ‘Innovating Business Education for Responsible Global Minds’ (IBE-ReGloMi) addresses the critical need for a new generation of business graduates equipped to drive sustainable and equitable transformation in business development, especially in today’s increasingly volatile and uncertain world. The project aimed to provide insights and tools to innovate higher business curricula, and support the students’ development as young professionals, who are able to take responsible business decisions that are based on economic, societal and ecological grounds. We achieved this by collaborating intensely with companies, students and academics connected to the partner institutions and with our four global partners.
Conference objectives
The main purpose of the final conference is to bring together researchers, educators, companies, and students, who work on embedding ethics-sustainability-responsibility (ERS dimensions), international intercultural and global (IIG dimensions) and social innovation and entrepreneurship (SIE dimensions) in the curriculum not as separate silos but in an integrated approach.
